El Camino (sn 090407)

This El Camino is going to be a little more upscale that usual! I had the good fortune to stumble across a beautiful slab of Indian Rosewood that was thick enough for a solid body. The grain and colour contrasts are stunning! My shop pictures don't begin to do it justice. The neck will be flamed maple on walnut. The maple/walnut combo should brighten up the sound of the rosewood body, but to be on the safe side I'll be using a single Lollar Firebird humbucker to give this one some spank (and a touch of class)!
